By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated July 06, 2011 No. 895 Napalkov S.V. appointed as a judge of the Pervomaisky District Court of Rostov-on-Don for an unlimited term of office.
By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 01.12.2012 No. 1581 he was appointed judge of the Rostov Regional Court.
Since his appointment as judge of the Rostov Regional Court Napalkovu C.The. was instructed to consider criminal cases coming to the cassation instance.
In April 2014, S.V. Napalkov transferred to the judicial board of the judicial collegium for the consideration of criminal cases and materials on appeal.
Since February 2015, S.V. Napalkov is a member of the judiciary for the consideration of criminal cases in the first instance.
