Born in 1959,
In the judicial system since December 1993, he worked as a judge of the Simferopol District Court, a judge, deputy chairman of the Central District Court of Simferopol, a judge of the Kievskiy District Court of Simferopol.
From September 2007 to June 2013, he headed the Kievskiy District Court of Simferopol,
since June 2013 judge of this court.
By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 786 of December 19, 2014, he was appointed in the Republic of Crimea as the chairman of the "Kievskiy District Court of Simferopol" for a 6-year term of judicial office.
