Graduated from the Saratov Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in 1996,
in 2000 - the Saratov State Academy of Law.
Labor activity:
From 1996 to 2002 he worked as an employee of the internal affairs bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation,
and then moved on to the position of assistant judge of the Engels City Court, in which capacity he worked until 2004.
Since 2004 - judge of the Engels City Court of the Saratov Region.
In 2008, in connection with the reorganization of the regional courts, he was appointed to the position of a judge of the Engels District Court.
By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 77 dated January 21, 2004, he was appointed judge of the Engels City Court in the Saratov Region for a 3-year term of office.
By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of July 25, 2007 No. 969, he was appointed judge of the Engels City Court in the Saratov Region.
By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 06.05.2008 No. 695, he was appointed judge of the Engels District Court in the Saratov Region.
