He graduated from the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise in Kharkiv, having received the qualification of a lawyer-specialist in 2000 with a degree in jurisprudence.
In 2008 he graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kiev, Kiev, was awarded the qualification of Master of Laws, officer of the military command of the operational-tactical level, specializing in Jurisprudence.
By the Decree of December 19, 2014 No. 786, he was appointed to the position of a "judge of the Leninsky District Court of the city of Sevastopol".
