On December 27, 2022, before the debate the ambulance was called for the journalist because her health condition had worsened due to the lack of medical care in the pre-trial detention center. The physicians refused hospitalization. During the debate, Ms. Iryna Danylovych repeatedly stated that she could not hear anything and did not understand what was happening in the courtroom.
