Ms. Iryna Danylovych was abducted by the FSB on April 29, 2022, at 09:00am at the bus stop in Koktebel when she was going home from work. Since that day she was kept in the FSB building’s basement without any legal status and lawyer’s assistance till May 7. As her lawyer later reported, those eight days when she was kept in the basement of FSB building, she was polygraph tested, her head was sacked, and she was threatened with taking out to a forest and been killed there if she would hide some information. All this time she was fed once a day, and taken to the toilet twice a day.
Then an explosive substance was found in her bag that had been taken away, and on May 7, 2022, “Kievskiy District Court of Simferopol” imposed a pre-trial restriction on her for 2 months. She was charged under Russian Federation Criminal Code’s Article 222.1-1.
