By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of December 22, 1995 No. 1285, he was appointed judge of the military court of the Rostov-on-Don garrison.
By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 28.12.1998, No. 1649, he was appointed judge of the military court of the Rostov-on-Don garrison of the North Caucasus Military District without limitation of the term of office.
Since January 2004 he was a retired judge.
By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of April 20, 2005, No. 450, he was appointed judge of the Rostov Regional Court.
