Born on February 3, 1972 in the city of Kaliningrad.
In 1993 he graduated from the A.F. Mozhaisky, in 2000 - Kaliningrad State University.
Since 1993 he served as an officer in military units and formations of the Khabarovsk Territory and the city of Kaliningrad.
In 2006 he was called up for military service under contract as a senior officer, then he was appointed a judge of the Krasnoyarsk garrison military court.
